Go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the product installer concerned, then delete any remaining folders (if applicable) associated with the product here :

64bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
32bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
VST
64bit: C:\Program Files\Vstplugins
32bit: C:\Program Files(x86)\Vstplugins
Mac OS X
Delete the package file located here:

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins
AU
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
